We're just back from a 3 night stay, as a family. We booked our first 2 nights on a website then called ahead to book the 3rd in advance.||Check in was simple, we didn't have to change rooms or anything despite it being 2 bookings which was good.||There's a lift, small but it enough for a pushchair etc. Which goes to all floors except the last.||There's a lovely terrace area with a WC, a selection of tea bags, a coffee machine and a vending machine.. You can have breakfast out here or delivered to your room. ||Breakfast is a bread bun, butter crossiant & spreads - nutella, jam, butter & beyaz peynir. It's simple but enough and was nice.||Our room was one with a smart TV & Nespresso machine.. to our surprise the pods we're replaced once used, and there was free water in the fridge which was also replaced / more could be requested at any time. We found this really helpful.||Room had thermostat style air-conditioning, it took a while to cool the room but it did the trick... Bathroom was lovely. And included toiletries ( shower had gel & shampoo, then extra by the sink there was conditioner, lotion, and a vanity case with cotton buds, shower cap etc. 3 little soaps were provided too.||Room itself was lovely, very spacious.. Comfortably fit ourselves , a 4 year old and our baby In a travelcot (we took our own) ||Staff were pleasant, even when we had to contact at 1am about something the night man was friendly and happy to help.||The location is great. Literally across the road from Hadrian's gate. And is easy yi get around with the tram & taxi ranks being close by..plenty of shops and restaurants, hotel don't mind outside food deliveries either which was handy after a long day out! ... nd although its central / on such a busy street we didn't find it noisy at all, in fact we didn't really hear any outside noise tbh.||We'd definitely stay again, and most likely will be soon.||Highly...
Read moreMany pros and cons to say about this place, and very mixed feeling.
Pro: good location new hotel, new rooms, look stylish staff are in general quite friendly has everything you need, coffee&tea in the common area
Con: The location is so good that my room was directly opposite the Hadrian's Gate, I was allocated a room on 1st floor which is like sleeping on the main street and hearing all the noise coming from the street (lots of tourists & traffic & sound from mosque). No sound proof effect of the window. We requested a change of room because of the loudness but the staff didn’t allow it, they claimed no other rooms were available while the same room type was still listed on their website. I chose a room with window&vjew for a more expensive price, but I wished that I chose one without windows so at least it would not be facing the road the “duvet” was super thin, I wouldn’t call it a duvet but rather a “towel” to cover you during the evening. We were waken up several times during the evening since it was too cold. I caught a cold after staying at Just Inn, and I think it might be a result of the coldness during the evenings Due to the reasons above, I had very bad sleep quality during my stay. I am someone who usually does not mind mild-medium level noise, but the noise in the room I stayed was outrageous.
I would recommend this place if you can guarantee a room without noise, and remember to get extra cover for the evening if it is not in the summer. But this is a bet and you would never know what...
Read moreHotel was modern and nice however the air conditioning was only activated by putting the card key in, so it would take a long time to cool the room adequately in the extreme August heat. Also the blanket was more like a towel, but even less comfortable, no duvet was provided. We also had difficulty communicating with staff via Expedia/WhatsApp when our flight was delayed/changed and we needed to change our shuttle time, despite fairly prompt communication in days prior. They eventually responded after our flight arrived saying that the shuttle company has been informed but there was no one there that we could find waiting for us. They then messaged me on Expedia after we had already arrived saying they were waiting for us, after we had already checked in and informed reception that we had to take a taxi as we could not find our shuttle driver. Overall not impressed with the communication. Location was good, close to local restaurants.
I will say that the cleaning staff were lovely to interact with each day. Always had a warm smile and hello as we passed them by and took great care when...
