This place was on my list! And still is. So Tasty! . We made reservations. It did get packed after we arrived. . The whole set up was pretty cool. "Food Truck" style with a big sitting bar right in the middle and tables all around. . Beautiful weather and chill vibe! . They had TV's on the Food Truck which displayed some cool stuff. I say Food Truck but it was so much more! Very nice! . A large Connect Four game and a couple bags/corn cornhole tables for people and they were being thrown! Good times. . Food was flying out as fast as they can make it. In a good way. Food was being picked up and food was being delivered to tables. Super busy and I know why! . They were out of chicken and ribs when we were there, which bummed me out as that is what I wanted. Ugggh🤤🤤 . Just another reason to go back!. . The bar had music going and it was not too too loud. We could ~hear the convo at the end of our table for 7. . The food was AMAZING! Ya, I see why it is so popular. Worth the wait and definatly worth the trip! . The drinks were nice and strong without tasting boozy. Well done. . Our server was amazing and accomodating. We had a vegetarian with us and she offered to make her a meal that did not disappoint. Perfect! I know, I did not think of the vegetarian when I made the reservation. So, thanks for saving me there! . Thank you! Visit this place! We will be back!

Let me start off it was a large group of us that ordered. I was the 7th out of nine that placed their order. My food came out first which was crazy. Then they say after my order came out that they only had one fish left but 5 of us ordered it. So 3 people did not get what they wanted. They were so unorganized. The Fried snapper was not meaty at all especially compared to the other places we visited here. But their Mac and cheese & mashed potatoes were tasty 5/5. But the snapper was seasoned well but not fried hard and once again not enough meat especially for that price point. We waited over 2hrs for to go orders and it wasn't packed. It took so long a waiter gave us shark egg rolls to try and two bottles of water. The shark egg rolls tasted like salmon. None special. The bar is not clean i would not drink anything from them unless it comes from a bottle or can. They did not wash cups well at all. They would have people touch the trash can to throw something out and rinse their fingers no soap. Staff needs to do better overall. From wait times, cleanliness, service, order, and more. Would not recommend. Stick to the more local tailored food

I recently dined at Crackpot Kitchen located on Grace Bay Rd, and it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was awesome, great music that made our evening even more enjoyable. One thing to note is that parking was a little limited. However, given the prime location of the restaurant in Grace Bay, this is somewhat understandable. It’s a popular area, especially during the holiday season. Now let’s talk about the food! I tried the jerk chicken, and I can confidently say it was the best jerk chicken I had on the island. The flavors were authentic and delicious, truly capturing the essence of Caribbean cuisine. While we did experience a longer wait time for our food, it’s important to consider that we were a group of six and it was Christmas Eve—a busy time for any restaurant. The staff handled everything with professionalism and courtesy. Overall, I highly recommend Crackpot Kitchen for anyone looking to enjoy fantastic Caribbean food in a lively setting. Just be prepared for limited parking and possibly a wait during peak times!

I am completely disgusted at how this restaurant treated us. It was Superbowl Sunday and there were no more than 10-12 patrons present. I understand "island time," but this was crackhead time. One white guy walked in with his posse, and I think he must've known the grill master ... They order up a storm for take-out and the whole kitchen staff devotes their entire effort to fulfill a take out order, while sacrificing the hospitality to their dining patrons. Moreover, I see this white guy .. Hands aren't clean, but he goes behind the grill, starts lifting the lid, and turning the meat; the grill master grabs the dude's phone and starts taking a video of this white guy grilling. Firstly, what is going on? Health violation, anyone? It's just disappointing .. I was told that my food - the special of tamarind grilled jerk pigtail - would take 15 minutes, presumably due to the delay incurred by this guy. 50 minutes later and 7 take-out trays fulfilled (yes I counted), my bbq is still not ready, but this white guy and his girlfriend are slim picking at the bbq barrel. Moreover, what gets me super angry was that we also ordered a $44 seafood curry dish, and I saw that that dish was sitting under the kitchen lamp for over 20 minutes, and they didn't even bother to offer us the option of having this dish first. I had to specifically request for the dish to be brought out. By the time we got it, the fish was dry, the curry sauce had congealed, and everything tasted aged. The dish was, at best, lukewarm. For $44, it missed the mark.

Most importantly, I question whether or not the chef and/or owners are racist. While we were there, there was another Asian couple who waited just as long for their dishes while all the White patrons were served theirs. In today's world of racial divide, it's sad that these acts of microaggression are still propagated. At the end, we asked for our special to be cancelled .. We waited an hour and 15 minutes in total. I don't know who this celebrity chef Nick is, but he should probably hire a new manager for his restaurant, or get Gordan Ramsey to feature this restaurant in...
