Experience was so bad they comped our whole meal. We were seated, order taken and had drinks really quickly. Then it all went downhill. After 40 minutes, we still hadn't gotten baba ganoush appetizer (which doesn't require cooking.) A table near us had already gotten their meal that they ordered after us. We asked and it was finally brought out after 10 or so more minutes. It's not traditional, but it was fine. Pita was good, nice grilled flavor. Maybe 20-30 min later we got some food. But it was all wrong. I ordered a chicken shish platter, got a chicken shish salad. My boyfriend got gyro platter, got an adana wrap with fries. We just took it. My chicken and salad was tasty, a little dry, but the flavor was good. Great feta. My boyfriend's food was dry and not great. When we were almost done eating, we see another sever looking to deliver 2 plates that seemed to have our orders. Too late. Another server approached us and explained the mix up... ha! We tried to tell them at delivery. They did not charge us for the meal. Maybe...
Read moreWow, honestly I am at a loss for words. This place sucks. I wish I could just get a megaphone and stay outside and protest people from coming in. This place is below mediocre and you couldn’t pay me enough to come back. I’ll start with the waiter who instantly as we sat down began to call us “ John” not sure what he meant by it but most likely was a derogatory slang they use here on the island for Americans. Besides that the food was worse than dog food. The meatballs that they call “kofte” is a disgrace to any country that makes it. It tasted like a golf ball wrapped in low tier meat that I can guarantee isn’t sold at the local supermarket. The rest of the food was just as bad. You couldn’t put a gun to my head to eat it again. The “tzatziki” they served us was nothing more than milk with a hint of toilet water. The food was so bad that I actually threw up shortly after. I know good food and this isn’t even bad. This is disgraceful. Whoever owns this shop should do everyone a favor and close the...
Read moreJust superb. Clean, perfectly prepared, delicious. Terrific variety. We were in Providenciales for a week, and, after the first visit (3 people trying 3 rather different things), we visited and dined again, and again, and again (!), for 4 days running. After 4 or 5 morning hours at the beach, walking, sunning, and swimming, this was the Daily Lunch that we all found ourselves tasting, and looking forward to, well in advance of lunch. No, I'm not the owner's brother, or father!! The owner is a great guy who cares a great deal about the quality, freshness, and, of course, taste of what he, and his wife, prepare and serve daily. I'd simply call this place An Undiscovered Gem, or one that does not have the notoriety that it (really, truly) so well deserves. Both the owner, and the waiter, were (and are) very friendly; no rush here; no problems (worries) here. Cheers to all of you - Thanks again!! Steve, Nick, and...
