The Pork Shack in Turks and Caicos is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic, flavorful Caribbean barbecue. Known for its laid-back vibe and mouthwatering dishes, this local favorite offers a true taste of island comfort food. The star of the menu is, of course, the slow-cooked, tender pork, seasoned to perfection with a blend of local spices that bring out rich, smoky flavors in every bite. Whether you go for the pulled pork, ribs, or the signature pork sandwiches, you’re guaranteed a satisfying meal. The sides are equally impressive, with options like creamy coleslaw, perfectly fried plantains, and seasoned rice and peas that complement the main dishes beautifully. The casual, open-air setting adds to the charm, giving visitors a relaxed space to enjoy their meal while soaking in the island atmosphere. Prices are reasonable, and portions are generous, making it a great spot for both locals and tourists looking for hearty, delicious food without the fuss. The friendly staff and quick service enhance the overall experience, making you feel right at home. If you’re in Turks and Caicos and looking to indulge in some of the best pork on the islands, The Pork Shack won’t disappoint.

My husband and I came here to try their famous onion rings and pork sandwich. There was plenty of parking out front when we arrived. It took some time before the waitress acknowledged us and took our order. Food did not take too long to come out. The onion rings were plentiful but nothing to rave about. Pork sandwich: hero bread was slightly toasted with melted American cheese, plenty of pork with lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber slices. Overall it was delicious but nothing that blewy mind flavor wise.

The food is good but I ordered a pork sandwich and a beef sandwich and the one labeled pork was actually chicken 🙄. I took it to go and didn't realize until I got home, called to see if I could get an exchange but the person who answered the phone had a hard time translating what i was trying to say. Also DO NOT get the coconut shrimp

I had an incredible dining experience at Pork Shack in Provo. From the moment I stepped in, it was evident that this place is a hidden gem away from the pricier tourist spots in the Grace Bay area. The short 5-minute walk or 2-minute drive to Pork Shack is definitely worth it.

The food at Pork Shack exceeded my expectations. The chicken wings were nothing short of amazing, and the burgers were equally outstanding. In fact, everything on their menu was fantastic, and it's clear that they take pride in their culinary offerings.

The relaxed ambiance of Pork Shack makes it a perfect place to escape the touristy hustle and bustle. It's a welcoming spot where you can savor great food without breaking the bank.

A word of advice: when you visit, make sure to carry some cash with you for payment. They do accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Diner's Card as well, but it's always good to have some cash on hand. Also, watch out for the speed bumps on the way there.

Overall, my experience at Pork Shack was outstanding, and I absolutely loved it. If you're in Provo and looking for a delicious, affordable meal in a relaxed setting, this is definitely the...

This is a real hidden gem, this is where the locals go! If you want a delicious, quick cheap meal within walking distance of the Ritz Carlton resort in grace bay this would be one of the two places I would suggest. The Chicken sandwich is so good I love the mix of Caribbean style spices and it is so moist and just yummy. The beef sandwich was also delicious. They come with lettuce, tomato and what I think was American cheese. Shoestring fries were also pretty good. Unfortunately the pork is a little on the drier side so pork shack doesn't quite live up to its name. There isn't much ambiance so I'd plan on bringing your sandwiches or tacos back to your place...
