I really have no idea what to say.....yes I do, the food here is awesome!!!!!!!! The owner and employees are so warm and welcoming! They seem to genuinely enjoy conversing with my wife and I.
I originally came for lunch, however, it was still breakfast time, I was disappointed! Too soon is an understatement, I stayed and ordered the conch stew w/ peas & grits, and fried plaintain....a little bit of local homemade spicy sauce with it, as well as a local beer. The stew had so many levels of flavor with the conch, the hamhock, carrots and dumplings. Added the spicy sauce for the perfect compliment! I've never had nor anticipate EVER eating something quite so fresh and palate pleasing as this. The peas & grits also came with pork, and let me tell you something, I thought I was in heaven!
There are a few tables and chairs right in the small courtyard out front with a nice city view and vibe, as well as other shops including a dessert shop, a bar, and an ice cream parlor. If you're not going to visit many local mom and pop restaurants in the area, please do not forget to visit this one, you will comeback and thank me later!...

Many people that ordered after us received their food well before us. I told them multiple times that we had been waiting for so long that my food was actually cold and they completely ignored me. They finally gave us my husband’s food and charged us full price. The best part was she wasn’t even going to give him the sides that come with it. Just fish in a container. When he asked for them she said she didn’t have any ready for him. They never once apologized to us for giving us terrible service and cold food. I sat down to eat my food and there was nothing spicy about the spicy conch. Just...
Read moreIdk what Tasha Buss is talking about(1 star queen; look at her profile), but this was the best food my wife and I had on our week long vacation in Turks! The food was incredibly authentic and warmed our souls. We didn’t get the name of the restaurant owner, but she was kind, funny and lovable. Truly a must have experience while in Turks. If you’re looking for authentic “Jerk Chicken” in Turks order the spicy chicken at Pepper Town Cafe and enjoy; your pallet and tummy will thank you! FYI — the “Cracked Shrimp” is incredible too. Forget 5...
