Our favorite lunch spot at Grace Bay area of Turks and Caicos. The sandwich bread is dreamy, right outta France. All food is fresh and made to order. Love!!!

Terrible. I had researched and planned out a list of places to eat/shop/check out and the lady working here was so utterly rude I should have just left. She quite purposefully ignored me when I walked in and greeted HER with a big smile and hello. The shop is disorganized and most wine does not have prices. There was a table of locals blocking about 1/4 of the selection and none of them bothered to even look up as I tried to look over/around them. While I stood there literally right in front of the saleswoman like 10 inches of counter between our faces, waiting to ask about some prices and order a sandwich she continued to ignore me and tally up receipts. Finally I said, I hate to interrupt but...and asked a few prices and ordered my sandwich. She seemed to be making up the prices she rattled off to me, she did not come out from behind the counter, did not engage on providing suggestions or "the rest" of the prices- entirely unlike what the description and a few other reviews had said. THEN she comes to life to engage and flirt and chat loudly with a man who seemed like he might be the owner, telling him to put on the music and she'll dance on the counter. Again, I stand there being ignored watching HER DRINK WINE and she does at one point ask what I had ordered, as she had already forgotten. The disdain coming from her was incomprehensible. DO NOT GO HERE. There are a group of locals/regulars and 2 people working there who do NOT want to be interrupted in their drinking and chatting by the likes of you, the paying customer. There are lovely wines at fair published prices just a short stroll away at the...

My husband and I shared a lovely salade Niçoise, from the lunch sharing menu. It was delicious and nicely presented. We had planned to order a bottle of wine and take home what we didn’t drink with our meal. The manager (possibly the owner) apologetically advised us that the local law required him to add a $25. corkage fee to the $32. bottle. We found that info very useful. We ordered wine by the glass instead and bought the unopened bottle as a grocery item. As bread did not come with the salad, we ordered a loaf of freshly baked “rustic” bread. Half came sliced, and the rest was wrapped for takeout. Although the salad was not what might be termed an authentic recipe, it was very enjoyable, and the service...

Food was good, but the service is just inefficient and unorganized. The owner refuses to wear a mask and wash his hands while preparing food. We had to wait one hour for a simple sandwich. The owner cut the bread for the sandwich then went to “entertain” his guests for the next hour. It does seem that the regular customers really enjoyed themselves granted their service was much quicker and better (ordered after us and received food much earlier).

The owner should care more about all his customers. Thankfully, a waitress was able to take care of our food and she genuinely was very...
