LUVE Restaurant — Restaurant in Kampala

Worst place ever. They robbed our 100k. We made a deposit of 100k hoping it would be deducted from our bill at the end of the day but wow wow we were told it’s non-refundable, information that wasn’t given to us prior. Very very unprofessional Manager. They’re liars, they said they would deduct it from our bill and then went against their word. We took videos that we plan to post on social media so that people should hear and see for themselves broad day robbery.

We ordered for a number of drinks, pizzas (2) of them and fries and apparently they do not allow food sharing on that note we had to step up and get no refund of our 100k....

The ambiance is so relaxing. I'd definitely recommend it for someone who just wants to get away from all the noise,enjoy a cozy date with a loved one or simply catch-up with a friend The food is so mouth watering and it's at good pricing, I genuinely loved the plaiting presentation, it was marvelous The customer service is so welcoming with waiters ushering you in right from the door way and others always at your aid whenever in need . I loved my experience at Luve. It is a very quiet and conducive environment with serenading music playing in the background.

The staff are very fast in attending to the customers' needs.

The food tastes amazing (I had the chicken curry) and the portions are large.

The only downside is that there isn't adequate lighting and there are curtains everywhere (for privacy, I guess) but kills the view of the decor in the eating area. Otherwise, it was a 10/10...
