This is one of the must-visit places during your trip to Lviv. Pyana Vyshna (Drunk Cherry) is alway full of energy from open to close. I don't like sweet liquors but for some reason I really enjoy this one. I think they have found the right balance of sweet, tart and alcohol. You can order it in a retro style long stem glass and go outside and people watch on Rynok square. Also, you can meet interesting customers (fellow drinkers) from all over the world all enjoying the same great experience. If you are in a hurry or you just want to stroll around, order it to go, and in the winter you can order it hot too! Get careful...

After my third day in Lviv I figured I could give it a try, and boy am I glad I did. Be careful though, it's a bit sneaky, with it having 17.5% alc it still tastes like straight up fresh unsweetened cherry juice which makes you want to drink it the same way you would a glass of water. I dont know how they do it, but this stuff is the only fruity drink I've ever liked, and probably ever will. Safe to say my...
