Baskin Robbins Salam Street Branch — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

Should be 5 star, I walked in met other guests, like two families b4 me, but noticed only one staff, thinking maybe other staff or staffs will come out from wherever they were, but not at all, it was only this effortless African queen, forgot to ask for her name, but she sounded like a Kenyan or an Ugandan, she is on dreadlocks,and after me other families came in, everyone knows when families comes in with kids its always funny, kids demands always fast and some parents don't care or have that empathy that people have been in before them or even try to understand that the person serving them is busy, but to cut it short, she managed all of us and no one was mad or angry, I had to sit and tell her to attend to the family cuz I was already impressed with her empathy for everyone, she was smart and energetic.

I was impressed. That branch got 4stars from me...
