Red Castle Restaurant — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

This restaurant is my favorite by far compared to all restaurants who serves shabu-shabu and grill in the entire abu dhabi. Here are some of the reasons why;

Hospitable yes they are very welcoming. All of their staffs knows how to smile, greet and give eye contact to their guests. Once you enter the premise the receptionist will pay attention to you and coordinate with the servers for your table.

Serving Period Once you are settled to your table, they will no longer ask for what you want. Yes dear they know what you need. In a snap they will start serving you items and take note ALL items on the menu. If there’s one-thing you don’t like just tell then to remove or not to serve it (PLEASE DONT BE RUDE!). Last time We visit, we do not feel eating chicken so we refuse to serve it.

Special Request, You have any other request like me, i always want a fresh garlic with my grills (not their garlic infused oil) and they will give it as long as they have or they can make it. Also i had a request to use romaine lettuce only not the iceberg (not suitable for my meal)

Courteousness All of the servers are very kind, they always ask the customer politely and with manners.

YUMMY! ofcourse, that delightful bite. All items are fresh and delectable, they always make sure freshness. Special mention to their stock for shabu-shabu (the spicy) its really overwhelming with flavors and taste.

Affordable For the price of 49aed? Come-on! Unlimited shabu-shabu, unlimited grill and bottomless softdrink and juice (add 5aed) with unlimited icecream/desserts (lol), thats very cheap already!! No wonder this restaurant is patronized by most.

To wrap up, still the best for me. Oh by the way, they serve bibimbap too. Just request it :) thank me later.

had a very bad experience . the day started off in a wierd way given the fact i had ordered an orange juice to break my fast, the juice had some foreign substance that resembled a tiny mosquito or something , however the day got progressively worse , the food felt unfresh and not well marinated , midway through my meal i had a cockroach drop on my arm from the ceiling , i informed the waiter of this but he showed little reaction . after the incident me and my friend had lost our appetite from this traumatizing experience , we wanted to pay the bill however they did not accept card and made my friend walk all the way to the atm to get cash while keeping his emirates id as collateral , what kind of restaurant doesnt accept a credit card ?? , on top of that i have gone home and gotten food poisoning now . taking into consideration the hygiene and service , i dont believe ill be visiting this restaurant ever again . i dont recommend anyone to go here unless you want...

One of the best eat all you can experience we had in years. The food is delicious. There are so many varieties to choose from. Literally, eat ALL you CAN - buffet, hotpot, grill, sushi, fruits, ice cream, juice, and a lot more. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. You don't have to call them all the time or ask them many questions, they will ask you from time to time if you need anything and volunteer to refill or clear your table, even if there are a lot of people dining in the area at the time we went there. Our friends say they frequent the restaurant and it has become their favourite place to spend bonding time with their co-workers lately. The cost is affordable compared to the quality and quantity of food you can consume. The only inconvenience for us is that they accept CASH payments ONLY. So always keep in mind to bring cash and empty your stomach before going there to eat 😜 and go with as many friends as you...
