Kusina Batangan — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

First time to order here coz me and my visitors (relatives) were badly craving for kwek kwek and some Filipino snacks, and I must say, this would be the last.

Our bill was 124 dhs (which was just actually same price if we just ordered the limo pizza + sides and add ons from Pizza Hut) 🤦🏻‍♀️

The lumpiang sariwa and pancit guisado was the worst I've ever tasted in my 9yrs here in Abu Dhabi! The lumpia was not rolled. It looked very unpresentable, and the taste of both lumpia and pancit were extremely undesirable! Pancit was so dark, sooo salty omg! 🤦🏻‍♀️ The kwek2 was considerable, probably because we were really craving so badly for it, even if it was not freshly cooked.

I thought of requesting for a refund coz it was such an absolute disappointment, but I didn't have enough time to do so, as we were having a family gathering that moment. But now that I have the time, I'd like this review to serve as a heads up to the owner or chef perhaps, to please do something about your menu.. it was really a bad experience, unfortunately. 😐🤷🏻‍♀️ #neveragain #honestreview...

(I ordered feb 27. Around 8:30 pm) I ordered by online then Im so VERY DISSAPPOINTING. The food that I ordered is Arroz caldo,not good it super color yellow and not tasty. Second.,the Fresh Lumpia Full of sauce, Yea lets say its mas masarap of saucy BUT the bad thing is As in FULL OF SAUCE that i received the fresh lumpia kulang na lang sauce na lang kainin ko. Its not balance for the vegetables Nalunod na sa sauce,plus NO TASTE pa. I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN. Very dissappoint. ( I forgot to take photo.) No drama But really No taste Arroz caldo parang pa basta nalang yung luto! Im sorrry. Hopefully have improvement & have action.So,for those who want to order by online will not experience same happen to me.

Delicious Experience at Kusina Batangan I recently tried the Beef Tapa and Lomi at Kusina Batangan, and both dishes were absolutely amazing! The beef tapa was tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. cooked just right with that classic pinoy taste . The lomi was rich and comforting, with thick noodles and a flavorful broth that hits the spot.

It is not common for us to ask the name who cooked for us... but special thanks to Chef Edzel for preparing such delicious and authentic dishes! You can really taste the passion and love in every bite. Highly recommended for anyone craving real Filipino...
