Bayside Burger Co. — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

We were at Yas to attend a concert and decided to grab a quick bite. Seeing this place busier than the rest, we assumed it must be good — big mistake. The service was painfully slow; we had to call the manager multiple times just to get someone to take our order. The waiters seemed confused, running around with the order taking tablet from one table to another — total chaos. On the waiter’s recommendation, we tried their so-called bestseller — the beef burger with cheese fries. The burger was ridiculously overpriced and probably the driest one I’ve ever had. My throat stayed dry for an hour after eating it. As for the fries, they tasted exactly like McDonald’s, just with a thin layer of cheese — and double the price. Honestly, one of the most disappointing burger experiences...

The manager ( wearing a white blouse and eyeglasses) was unbelievably rude. She rushed me to pay my bill so she could seat someone else, then told me to order something or leave. When the fireworks started, she even said, “Ma’am, next time if you want to see the fireworks, go to Dubai.” She never apologized and continued behaving RUDE. Absolutely amazing love the food and fills me right up and a perfect way to wash it all down was with the pins colada slush. All staff were super kind and made sure we had a good experience. Some people were upset for slow services but that is because such an amazing place has loads of people and you need to realize that they are trying their hareddy and can't rush to your latest concern .
