Don't trust the other reviews made by the employees itself, they are untrustworthy and will spoil your laptop more and try to convince you to buy a new laptop and help get files from the previous laptop out of their 'goodwill'. My laptop was sent for servicing and before service they were insisting the laptop is old and to buy a new one. I was happy as the condition was fine for the laptop but after 'servicing' they had wiped off the BIOS and told me theres hardware issue and that its unrepairable, for people who dont understand how computers is, please dont go here as to a normal person to get scammed this place is no. 1 top checklist. Mr. Abdullah at the smaller Electra Computer store has given me a fair price on maybe 5 or 6 things I've sold over the years.

If you are looking to sell any gaming pc's or laptops then ask for Abdullah. I've dealt with him for a few years now. He always gives me a fair price (something that is hard to come by...)
