FOOD: 5/5 The food is really good, very authentic, rich in Flavor and very appetizing. Sinaing Na Bangus Belly has a unique Flavour because of the spices, milk fish is well cooked. Ilocos Dinengdeng I've tried this when I visited Ilocos few years back and I can say the taste is just the same, this one is more special because of the friend Bangus belly. Bicol Express one of my favorite Filipino dish. I love the crisp of the beef and spicy Coconut milk with Shrimp paste it just perfect. Bacolod Chicken Inasal another favorite! The chicken is tender, juicy and well marinated. Plus it served with Java rice, calamansi, Atchara, soy sauce & vinegar with chili. Beef Hinalang it's my first time to try it. This soup is like Nilagang Baka but spicy version which is one of my dad's recipe. Kansi Ilonggo is like Sinigang and Bulalo. Beef soup has sour taste and the beef is very tender and tasty. Chicken Binakol this one is Similar to Tinapang Manok but sweeter because of the coconut water and natural flavor of ingredients is there.

Overall im satisfied with taste very authentic and the serving is huge. Plating is appetizing.

it's neat, very spacious and family friendly. there's a Hall for Parties/Events and that night is a bit noisy because of the event.

I am writing a 2nd review but this time it was for our wedding day. Our coordinators, from the start with sir Mark until finish with sir Jamesl both have given excellent service. Both can be reached through their numbers and we do not have to wait for a long time on their feedback and requests. We were treated as VIPs everytime we will visit with concerns with the wedding programs. Came the day of the wedding, we were impressed with our beautiful reception decorations done by Maverick. From the flowers and the lightings, its simple but with elegance and quality. And our hosts, sir Moises and Tino were amazing. From the start of the program, the traditional Filipino ceremonies, the sound, music (personally requested songs) were all given much attention and were granted without hesitation. For me and my now wife, this is top notch service and exceeded our expectations. The games were fun and everyone who came left with joy and smile. Need I mention the food? Appetizers, Main course and desserts will always be delicious. You can never go wrong with Maxs. On behalf of me and my wife, congratulations and job well done. This one is for keeps!

We were so disappointed on how they handled customers conplaints, as they delivered expired cake wherein the production date was 20-10-25 expiration date was 25-10-2025 and we ordered it on 29-10-2025. As my sister called Maxs to inform them that they gave us expired ube cake one person named Stephany, was the one who got the call and she was rude and impolite towards my sister complaint as if it was our fault that our children also ate the EXPIRED cake. Somehow,it really adds up to the disappointments. They should’ve been more empathetic to the customers because they were the one’s at fault here serving expired food to the customer. They should be more careful as they are serving food not only to us but to many. If you really want your business to prosper,always see to it that the food you are serving are well prepared and SAFE to EAT. And remember, we are not just complaining,we are concerned to other people that might experience the same thing we had...
