Adrass Uzbek-Russian Restaurant — Restaurant in Dubai

In general is nice place for dining with medium prices in this area. But I put less start in some issues.

First is the atmosphere. I don’t wanna stay for long time. That place looks more like a cloud kitchen, as nobody wait people there. Same with menu. I like physical menu more and can see the level of place by that. So they don’t care about it, didn’t change do long time. Just put a stickers of some prices changed. Okay, they have qr-menu but it’s not visible that I come and see from the second what I have to scan.

Service is good. Staff talks in English and Russian. Food is coming quit fast. I don’t know exactly about all available positions. I wanna hope all are able to order.

Ordered a soup called “shurpa” made sure it was made of beef prior ordering, received a lamb (I cannot eat lamb) soup instead full of fats and bones. Contacted the restaurant, their response was “thank you for your concern, we’ll pass it on to management” and went totally quiet, no apologies, no further texts, nothing at all.
