The Market Restaurant — Restaurant in Dubai

So where to start with this one. We booked their private room for lunchtime, only to turn up and realise that they hadn't prepared anything. The room was still unclean and nothing was setup. Clearly a breakdown in communication which was confirmed later when they told us that they thought the booking was for dinner.

The management (Mujahid who took the booking and shared the menu, Roshan the manager) were nowhere to be found and in true Dubai style none of the other staff (hotel included) could be bothered to do anything about it - either shrugging their shoulders or blaming the management.

By 4pm they started to serve some food (2 hrs late). Just when you thought it couldn't get worse, this was also a complete mess - serving hot main courses without any bread or rice which arrived another hour late by when they had already served desserts! So everything was just such a mess with literally nobody in control and behaving as though it was their first day on the job. I'm giving it a 2 star because the food was actually not bad. A classic case of the service letting down what could have been a 5 star review.

The management did make it up by offering a discount. Unfortunately though, the experience was just too horrible...

The Market - the best restaurant in Dubai Marina!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Very delicious and qualitative food like homemade, we stayed 10 days in Pearl Marina Hotel and breakfasts and dinners are always always delicious, not even a single something was wrong!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Big variety, every day something new, so you never get bored of food in the buffet! 😍👌 The service is excellent! 😍Special thanks to Ejaz and Tariq and chef Devinder! 🙏Most of all we interacted with Ejaz, first time when I came to the restaurant, he was serving us, I thought he is an owner! 🙂Because service of Ejaz is an art! 🤩🙏Ejaz is very professional, very positive, has very elegant smile, very polite! Real gem of this restaurant!🤗🤗🤗👍👍👍 Overall, all team is very good!!!❤️ Guys, and the view... on Dubai Marina!🤩 To conclude, The Market exceeds my expectations! Wow effect,definitely in everything!!! 10 out of 10!!!! 👏👏👏 And it is only 59 dirhams for dinner! Yes! Very cheap! Don't go, run here with your friends and family and enjoy the food, the service and atmosphere!!!😍😍😍 Highly recommended!!! 5*!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! We went here after a very long day we had , but beforehand, we were able to find out in Cobone that this restaurant is as #1 recommendation among all ! Indeed it is ! We arrived at the restaurant at 17:45 wanting to just sit while waiting for their operation to start . Unfortunately there is a need to call the restaurant first before visiting and which we did not. However , the manager named ‘ Mr.Roshan " was so kind enough and let us in and even offered a meal like a buffet. We were not expecting that much but then as they served the food , it was amazing ! starting from the salad , the appetizer ( chicken wings!!! ) the fish , beef stroganoff , the chicken in Indian cuisine which I dnt knw the name were all amazing ! Kudos to Chef Surendra ! And the servers were very prompt, attentive and kind starting from Murshid and Gajendra. Really great team and great...
