We had a really bad experience with this restaurant, not with the food with the workers there , we had a lost phone at the restaurant the first time we went we asked them for the phone and they kept looking with us and said there is no phone and if there is anything lost they would have said in there work group chat , I went back after 30 minutes and kept looking for the lost phone and they were saying it’s impossible that the phone was in the restaurant there , after 30 minutes my sister went to the restaurant and asked for the phone and told them to look inside well the co-worker was looking for the phone inside there was a other co-worker went into the employee room and got the phone and said it was on the charger but the thing is none of my family or anyone told them to put on the charger ? My sister told them none of us asked to put it on the charger and he kept saying nonsense words and things can’t keep up ! , and when we opened the phone it was been on the charger for 4 minutes while we were looking back and forth in the restaurant for almost a hour, ps. Read moreHad a visit with mixed emotions Food was great My issue is with one of the staff
He was not full aware of the healthy meal components, since it wasnt in the menu, was vert hasty and indecisive He called another colleague, an Egyptian guy who was very patient and helpful to guide us
After the meal came there was something missing, same first clumsy waiter came and was asking him about it, he said something i couldn't understand and left, asked another waiter, unhelpful guy came back saying he is handling it and blamed me saying something about engaging with all the waiters which i didn't appreciate
Lastly, asked for the check and said i have Esaad, he said my meal is not covered by esaad, i acknowledged that and said apply it on the rest of the items, he refused and said it is one check and cannot be done, i suggested to do 2 checks, he grumpily refused saying it has to be one bill
When i started to get agitated, another asian waiter jumped in, super helpful, accepted the esaad card, and SURPRISINGLY did all the order in one bill, applying esaad only on the eligible items, SO IT IS TECHNICALLY DOABLE, as it should be!!
Please sort out the attitude of some of your statt, coz you are offering great food that is potentially masked by...

This happened around 4:30 AM, and although Allo Beirut came highly recommended by a friend, the experience was extremely disappointing. For a brand with multiple outlets, it’s unacceptable to have staff who clearly lack basic customer service skills and show no respect for the brand they represent.
When the shawarmas were finally brought to us, they were handed over with visible anger. We paid for our food but left without eating—purely because of the way we were treated. You might serve good food, but no level of quality justifies such disrespectful behavior.
Strict action should be taken by the brand against such conduct to ensure no other customer has to go through a similar experience. Definitely never...
