We had an amazing time here! We came as a group and tried both the pixel challenge room and laser tag — and honestly, it exceeded all our expectations. The challenges were super fun and engaging, and the whole experience brought out our competitive (and silly!) sides in the best way.

A special shoutout to Joe, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. He made sure everything ran smoothly, explained things clearly, and added to the fun with his energy and patience. His exceptional service really stood out!

We booked for a family of seven people to play Laser Tag, unfortunately when we arrived we were unable to play as two adults were wearing sandals instead of trainers. The two Filipino members of staff were extremely helpful and understanding, they called the supervisor but nothing further could be done. We had travelled over 90 mins from Ras Al khaimah with three children so they were very disappointed. The website states 'comfortable clothes and shoes', it would be great if they made ammendments to this to say 'closed toe shoes' to avoid any confusion and disappointment. We tried the Pixal game instead...

Horrible experience. I did my son’s birthday party there today and we had a horrible experience. The birthday finished after 1h and 30min and I had 17 kids doing nothing waiting for their parents. I requested that the team in Adventure Island to do something to entertain the kids during the remaining 30min of the birthday and they refused unless I pay more, plus there was only one employee for the first hour who was doing everything, coffee for parents and manage the kids.
