Please teach one rude staff that you have in this branch some manners. There was a misunderstanding and instead of smiling to me as a customer and clearing the confusion in the order, she intentionally shouted with a rude angry facial expressions and pretending to be professional. I am the customer and I was smiling, she was rude and shouting saying you need to pay for the 2 empty cups that my niece was asking me as her uncle to fill in . My niece and the rest of our family were upstairs and I was setting downstairs with my mother who is an old lady who can’t climb the stairs.I just asked my brother about the order that he ordered, then my brother told me yes, these 2 cups that we need are extra “additional” that we need . I returned back to her and said yes you were right, those are additional cups that we need and I will pay for them.
