Baskin Robbins — Restaurant in Dubai

Horrible, terrible experience with this lady named Janet at Baskin Robbins. Had asked for waffle sundae and unfortunately the waffle’s condition was bad, as If it was kept 2 or more days. I had asked the lady to exchange and get some fresh waffles but instead she started giving a death stare for good 2 mins after asking her again and again and then unfortunately she took the sundae and made it warm because she was too lazy to make a fresh one. This how baskin robbins teach their employees and don’t have the basic manners to respect their customers.

I asked for regular 20 Aed , got charged for large 25. Anyway baskin ice creams are great but when you know customer has asked for regular, you repeat their order... And still charge them for large? That's unfair right?

Maintains the baskin Robbins standards just like the other outlets. However, it is quite a cramped up place. You'll find it difficult to find a place to stand if there are four to five people in the outlet. Staff was friendly and efficient but there was only one person handling the shop which again leads back to the point - Don't visit when too crowded. Ice-creams as every other baskin Robbins ice-cream was yummy. 😁 Do check out the cake...
