We booked there to celebrate our anniversary but it was a true frustration, firstly I called to make a reservation at 5:00 pm to book a table at 9:00 they told me it’s confirmed then I called again at 8:00 to postpone the reservation till 9:30 they told me there is no booking under your name or number it was so surprising because they had even sent me a mag on whatsapp how come they don’t have my number. Secondly we went there and they didn’t allow my husband to enter under the excuse of dress code which no one told us about ( he was wearing capri pants) and the lady standing in the reception showed me a random msg feom her whatsapp stating the dress code claiming that she sent it to me which was not true because i later checked my WhatsApp and didn’t find any msg, so i asked her to make an exception for us since we were not informed about the dress code and its there mistake so they should bare it but she didn’t accept and she insisted that we should go back home and change clothes. We went back again and i called them to explain that i didn’t receive any msg then they asked if my husband is willing to wear a uses but clean pants from there restaurant. We didn’t find it polite by anyway then she claimed again that they sent us an email in case i didn’t see the msg in WhatsApp and again i didn’t receive any email. We went back their after we changed the food took too long to be prepared and they promised they are going to fix their mistake and make it an unforgettable night for our anniversary but we didnt get anything special from their side. Our day was ruined, our mood was spoiled, and our time was wasted...
