We started our feast with Gol Gappas, North Indian tikki chaat, a delightful explosion of tangy and savory notes. Moving south, the South Indian platter was a revelation, featuring perfectly spiced prawn/paneer chettinad accompanied by fluffy podi idli and crispy dosa. It's a testament to Jamavar's commitment to authentic regional tastes. For mains, the classics shine brightly. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, while the methi lamb offered a wonderful depth of flavor. The vegetarian kofta was equally impressive, each dish expertly prepared and bursting with aromatic spices. To accompany these, the flavorful rice and an extensive bread basket were the perfect complements, ensuring every bite was a delight. We were looking for a fine dining restaurant to celebrate our anniversary and came across Jamavar Dubai. When I found out it’s part of the prestigious Leela group, I instantly knew this would be the perfect place for our special evening.The restaurant is conveniently located in Downtown with valet parking, so there was no hassle finding a spot. From the moment we entered, we were warmly welcomed, and the ambience immediately stood out , elegant, aesthetically pleasing, and perfect for a celebration.The menu is a beautiful blend of North and South Indian dishes, along with a variety of cocktails. We ordered Lamb Chops, Jamavar Special Dal Curry, Malabari Chicken Curry, Amritsari Chole, Kerala Parotta, and Paneer Kulcha. The famous Lamb Chops lived up to the hype,perfectly cooked and loved by the kids too. The Jamavar Dal, slow-cooked for 24 hours, was simply outstanding and paired wonderfully with the breads. The Malabari Chicken Curry had authentic Kerala flavors and was excellent with the Kerala Parotta.

As it was our anniversary, the restaurant surprised us with a sweet gesture a complimentary cake with a personalized wish, which truly made the evening memorable. For dessert, we tried the Triple Chocolate, Coconut, and Rose Kulfi all of which were absolutely delicious and a must-try.I would like to mention the name of the staff, Aneesh who was very friendly and assisted us in ordering, suggesting the best dishes.Special thanks to Aneesh. An Exquisite Culinary Journey at Jamavar – A Must-Visit! 💫

Dining at Jamavar was an absolute treat from start to finish! We began our journey with Chandi Chowk ki Aloo Tikki, a perfect burst of authentic street flavors that transported us straight to Delhi. The starters also featured an irresistible Malia Chicken Tikka with Kali Mirch, and succulent prawns, all seasoned and grilled to perfection—each bite was pure joy!

The main course was nothing short of spectacular. The rich, creamy Old Delhi Butter Chicken was simply divine, while the Palak Paneer was packed with flavor, and the Gosht ki Nihari melted in the mouth. Paired with soft, buttery Laccha Paratha and fresh Naan, every dish was a perfect blend of tradition and taste. Just when we thought it couldn’t get better, the Mutton Dum Biryani arrived—deliciously aromatic and cooked to perfection.

To end our meal on a sweet note, we indulged in a trio of heavenly desserts: refreshing Kulfi, rich and flavorful Falooda, and an indulgent Chocolate Dessert, accompanied by a cup of aromatic Masala Chai—the perfect finale!
