I am writing to express my disappointment with a very unpleasant service experience at your café today.

At around 2:10 PM, we arrived at the restaurant and were initially seated at a very cramped and noisy table in the middle of the dining area due to the large crowd. A short while later, we noticed that a nearby table became available, and we kindly asked one of the other staff members if we could move. I want to emphasize that we made this request only after confirming that the table was unoccupied. The staff we spoke to were friendly and willing to help.

However, the experience was completely overshadowed by the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of your staff members at the entrance—an Indian female server named Hinda. She abruptly and very impolitely refused our request. When I tried to communicate with her directly, her attitude was extremely disrespectful and unreasonable. I have never encountered such rude behavior from a server before, and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant coffee outing.

That said, I do appreciate the assistance and support offered by your restaurant manager, and I want to acknowledge that the rest of your staff were very kind and professional.

Location: The restaurant is situated in the Dubai Opera District, downtown. Fortunately, I didn’t encounter much traffic on the way, and valet parking is included, so the overall experience in terms of access was smooth.

Ambience: Surprisingly, the restaurant was quite empty for a Saturday night. While it's clear they’ve made an effort to give the place an upscale feel, I found that it lacked a distinct identity—it felt nice, but not memorable.

Food: Unfortunately, the food was the biggest disappointment. We had high expectations for the package we chose, which included a starter, main, and dessert, but sadly, we were let down at every stage.

Starters: We were given a selection of 6-7 items, but only one was up to standard.

Mains: I was particularly excited about the lobster noodles, but it was a major letdown—2/5. No one in our group enjoyed it.
