From the moment I arrived until check-out, my experience was extremely disappointing. This residence is poorly managed and lacks even the most basic level of customer service. • Parking & Arrival: No proper assistance or guidance was provided, which set the tone for the rest of the stay. • Check-in: Incredibly disorganized. Only one staff member was handling all guests, resulting in a 2-hour wait just to check in. • Requests During Stay: Even simple requests such as providing an extra crib took over 2 hours, which is unacceptable for any hospitality provider. • Check-out: Equally inefficient, taking nearly 1 hour.

While the apartment itself was decent, the overall service, operations, and guest support were appalling. The lack of professionalism, understaffing, and disregard for guest time completely overshadowed the positive aspects of the property.

I have been waiting since 11 a.m. to enter my apartment, despite the standard check-in time being 3 p.m. The air conditioning in the lobby area is not functioning properly, resulting in an excessively hot and uncomfortable environment, which is particularly unpleasant given the current summer weather. This situation is completely unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience.

Furthermore, upon finally accessing my apartment, I have found the interior to be extremely hot, despite the apartment allegedly being cleaned for the past four to five hours. I would have expected the apartment to be cold, like a refrigerator, if the cleaning process had been carried out properly. I should not have to wait for the air conditioning to cool down the space, as this is a basic expectation for a properly maintained and prepared apartment. This is unbelievable and...

My experience living here during a short stay in Dubai: the finishing and quality of the tower and apartments in general is excellent, the vibe is elegant, and you generally feel safe here as an access card is required to go anywhere. The gym and kids club are great for a short term residence, they do just the job you’re looking for. As of the moment however, they only allow children to stay at the kids club for a maximum of 2 hours and they don’t offer extra payable hours. As much as I would love them to offer this, I understand why they don’t as the club usually houses kids during each hour and it would get too crowded if everyone paid for extra time.
