For the first time, I went to BKB kitchen which is a hidden place & is located at Al Quoz Dubai.
Under one roof they have 3 different Restaurant’s are there . they have different cuisines available there. BKB stands for bhai Kadai Biryani and it is said that they have India’s Best traditional biryani . They have good customer service available over the phone because my husband always ordered from BKB at the lunch time in their office.
The food was excellent & the staff was so kind & the lady who works there was really hospitable & down to earth friendly which also gives an amazing aura about the restaurant.
What i tried there??
Mutton dum biryani which was really yummy & amazing in taste & the mutton was completely tenderized and the quantity was enough for 2. Along with this they served brinjal curry, onion raita, boiled egg & gulab jamun.
Chicken lollypop , this was amazing & i really liked it , the taste of these lollipops are yummy bcoz all the spices were mixed in it very well, chicken was completely tender , soft & juicy.
Overall i had a great experienced over there.thankyou so much...
Read moreI called to order for delivery. I was really disappointed from the call itself. The guy who answered the phone was really rude. Even after asking if they deliver to karama if its nearby, he still asked me if its nearby just because I ordered a meal for one. When I asked him how long will the delivery. He said 30 to 40 min. When I wanted to reassure his tone changed and he just wanted to drop the call. This is not the way to speak to customers. Im calling to order for food. There are many options in Karama but I still chose to order from here and I'm sorry to say but my first time ordering experience was disappointing. When I called to check the status of my order another guy picked up and spoke rudely. You should have staff that are trained to speak in a more professional and polite manner. This is really disappointing! The delivery boy however was really polite and apologized from his side. Honestly if it wasn't for the delivery guy I want going to accept the order. Please make sure your staff have good customer service in order to have your customer come back. This will be my first...
Read morehad tried Bhai Kadai Biryani a long time ago and absolutely loved it back then — it was full of flavor, the rice was perfectly cooked, and the overall quality was great. So a couple of days ago, I was really excited to order it again through Talabat, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment.
The biryani I received had no taste at all. The rice was undercooked and lacked the usual aroma and spice. The chicken pieces were bland, dry, and completely tasteless. I also ordered Chicken 65, expecting it to be flavorful, but it was just as disappointing — no seasoning, no spice, just plain fried chicken with zero taste.
I paid around AED 75 for this order, and I honestly feel like it was a total waste of money. I could barely eat a few bites before throwing the rest away. I don’t know what’s going wrong with the restaurant recently, but the quality has dropped badly.
Sadly, I can’t recommend Bhai Kadai Biryani anymore based on this experience. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and work on improving their food quality before losing more...
