Regardless of the amazing food and restaurant plus the great service i would like to share my experience in the past few days regarding an unacceptable experience at the Mall of the Emirates branch while waiting in line with my partner and we were clearly the first person in the line and the Italian manager chose to seat someone else who had not been waiting in line and claimed a table for him despite the restaurant’s well known policy of not accepting reservations.

We are respectable people we respect the rules and we are regular customer of the cipriani around the world we have not experienced such treatment at any other branch It is not about money but about principle respect and proper customer service
