Dar Al Halabi — Restaurant in Dubai

My experience in this restaurant was not good but it was not that bad, I know in service industry you can‘t make each and every customer happy but the you tackle the situation is what you are been judged on and I think Majid the restaurant manager is really good in his work and he needs to be applause, he knew who’s fault it was and assured me that this thing will never happen again and he made my 1 star to 3.

Anyways review is a review and it can not be sugar coated so here are things that I liked about this restaurant and dislike about it.

Pros: 1)Food is fabulous specially (BBQ) And trust me I am BBQ lover and I can guarantee you that you will like it

2)Atmosphere is really good

3)Seating arrangements is great big space for everyone to sit

Cons: 1)Very slow in serving food

2)Very less waiter for serving

3)Salad was not chopped pictures given below and it was expected from the customer to do the work and not even a sharp knife was given to do the work

Visited this restaurant for the first time on 13.06.19 with a guest visiting from home. The service was impeccable even though it was Thursday night and the restaurant was pretty busy even at 10pm. The manager, waiters even the ladies were not serving us were most gracious. Our server, Ahmed, was fabulous. We had a situation where we had to leave in a hurry as our guest was suddenly very unwell and he just made everything happen the way we wanted it and very promptly.

The food was excellent as well. The Hummus with meat, Tabouleh and Moutabel were delicious. The Kebab Kheshkhash and Grilled Bonesless chicken were juicy, moist and full of flavour. The only disappointment, from a value for money perspective, was the Hammour Bein Narien. For a dish that cost Aed 93 we were very disappointed to see a small piece (not even a full or half fillet, just a piece) of fish on a bed of loads of vegetables. The dish was tasty but way over priced.

Other than this, it was a great experience. I really hope the management does something about this as the Hammour seemed to be a bit...

An authentic Arabic Restaurant and the best of it's kind.. The restaurant, right from ambience, service, presentation of the food to taste is amazing, flavor is top notch and can't beat the quality.. The portions are also large and can be shared.. As a family of 4, we order 2 dishes which generally is more than enough for 2 adults and 2 kids..

It's a fine dine restaurant and their service is impeccable.. I brought my team mates from office and we were a table of 12.. Al Hallabi made us feel like VIPs and even provided us complimentary Arabic coffee and some dessert after our main meal.. We had a dedicated staff assigned to us the whole time.. My colleagues were super impressed.. An excellent place to dine with the family and friends and is a great place to entertain as well.. If you havent visited Al Hallabi, you're truly mising out on one of the best dining...
