I feel compelled to share my shocking encounter with the hope that it will raise awareness and prompt appropriate actions to prevent such incidents from occurring again.

Upon ordering our meals, my daughter excitedly bit into her sandwich, only to discover a live worm wriggling out of it. It was an appalling sight and completely unexpected, especially in a reputable establishment like Shake Shack. My family was left in a state of disbelief and disgust.

Understandably disturbed by this horrifying incident, we immediately notified the staff, who were quick to express their apologies and concern. They assured us that they would take immediate action to investigate the matter and rectify the issue.

To ensure the incident was properly addressed, we also reported the incident to the Dubai Municipality, as it is crucial to maintain health and safety standards within the city. I like me some juicy well cooked burgers, so I end up trying almost every burger joint in the city. Shake Shack is actually not an unheard name in the burger heaven - infamously American; they consider themselves a "roadside" burger joint, which obviously isn't the case for Dubai-ites / Abu Dhabi-ites.

Yes, it's a tad bit pricey, but hey it's also top notch quality. I've seen multiple variations in their burgers that keep changing time to time. Guess it's good to keep trying?! My latest visit landed me devouring a shakburger with Cherry peppers. Explosive flavor those lil chopped up peppers have and it's definitely not for the faint hearted. I'd say keep your soda close and those cheddar cheese topped crinkly fries closer.

Been there a million times, though regretfully I still haven't tried their frozen yogurts or their shakes. If you are carb conscious they'll happily replace your burger bun with lettuce leaves. Saves TONS of calories and who needs the bread anyways.

Beef fans definitely need to visit this one! It's almost present in every mall so stop resisting. Vegetarians sadly have one "shroom" burger option which isn't bad either! So there's an option for everyone!!
