Shake Shack — Restaurant in Dubai

Queue: Modest waiting time. We had a few tourists in front of us that had different currency, and in Dubai, we always welcome and are patient with tourists! That said, a lovely Filipino member of staff approached us and said that I could take a seat and order directly using a QR code using a mobile website. So that's what we did! Hey Presto, paid online using our payment card and the order was received on the kitchen end just a few meters away.

Staff: Waitress staff on the floor were really polite but staff behind the counter seemed to display a poor attitude (-1 star) when we enquired about our food.

Cleanliness: Very clean and all hygiene protocols were in very good action. Tables and chairs were spotless and clearly a goos job was being done to ensure the restaurant maintains good hygiene.

Food quality: Because we had an order for 5 people, the kitchen staff waited until all our burgers were cooked before delivering the tray. Between adding the fries and adding the last time, it was around 8min. That meant that when we picked up the order for our table, the fries were cold and even those that were there were not made using fresh oil. Quite disappointing and not the Shake Shack quality I'm used to (-1 star). E.g. Mall of the Emirates branch never has bad fries from poor quality oil. We did complain and immediately the staff member behind the counter took the fries and binned them and they were replaced in less than a minute. Sadly the fries that they were replaced with still were made by that poor oil and therefore whilst much warmer lacked the bright looking trademark Shake Shack...

I tried Shake Shack for the first time in Dubai, although I’ve already had it in Kuala Lumpur and I’m happy to say that it tastes just as amazing! I ordered the classic cheeseburger, cheese fries and iced tea. All three were incredibly delicious. The cheeseburger had the perfect balance of juicy beef and melted cheese, while the cheese fries were warm, crispy and covered in creamy cheese sauce, absolutely irresistible. The iced tea was refreshing and paired perfectly with the meal.

The Shake Shack in Dubai had a clean, modern atmosphere with comfortable seating. We visited around 11:30 AM, so there was no crowd and we were able to enjoy our meal in peace. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing great service and making us feel at home.

If you’re in Dubai and craving a tasty burger and fries, I highly recommend checking out Shake Shack. It’s consistent with the quality I’ve enjoyed in other locations and it’s definitely worth a visit. Whether you’re a first-timer or a Shake Shack fan, this place...

Man, I hit up Shake Shack recently and went for the Double Carolina BBQ Burger, and let me tell you, it’s a bit of an unusual pick but so worth it. The meat? Juicy, packed with flavor, and that BBQ twist just made it pop. I was seriously impressed—every bite was straight-up delicious.

The regular fries were on point—crispy, golden, and perfectly salted, just how I like ‘em. I gave the cheese fries a shot, but honestly, the sauce was a bit weird, not my vibe. Stick with the classic fries, though, and you’re golden. That double burger, though? Total game-changer, had me grinning with every chomp.

The place itself? It’s got that classic Shake Shack look—kinda industrial, not the coziest spot to chill. Plus, it was a little loud in there. But when the food’s this good, who cares? I had a blast eating that meal and I’m already pumped to go back for more of those...
