Helipad by Frozen Cherry — Restaurant in Dubai

This night club is doing concert performance on the weekend nights (till 4 am) and does not allow people in the neighbourhood nearby to have a proper sleep. We have all the windows in our apartment shut and we already applied several layers of acoustic panels to reduce the noise but we still hear it. We spoke with the club several times and they promised to reduce level of sound but this did not help. During the night noise level on our balcony reaches 60 dB while it should be not higher than 45 dB outside of entertainment area at nights. We are planning to go to authorities to complaint on that behaviour and to revoke the license from that club.

I went few times and at 1st the service and ambiance were great, returned to take my sister who was visiting because i loved the place .. but it was a total disappointment from the moment we walked in the 2 hostesses gave us a look from head to toe! Made us very uncomfortable, very rude and full of attitude.. we sat down and waited at least 20mins to order and no one came. I ended up going to the bar and order myself ! I asked many times for A blanket and was completely ignored! The waiter was super rude and service was terrible! I thank God that I stumbled upon this place online on instagram to be specific it was love at first sight. We visited the restaurant with my friends in the evening for dinner, let me tell it was great service from the door being received by the hostess to the service. Let me talk about the atmosphere and the views it’s to die for the views are so amazing so calming you just want to continue sitting there especially in the evening..marvellous. We had the pleasure of being served by Marlon he was amazing really helpful and he gave us great recommendations on the menu.
