The door selector was very very very rude and racist , she refused to make my wife enter because of wearing hijab ( saying this thing is not allowed) and we entered normally 2 days before without facing any problems. We asked for customer service , she said no customer service here and we are not controlled by hotel , i asked for manager she got me somebody wearing a badge not written on it manager and said no hijabi lady can enter as if we are lying and we did not enter 2 days before .
