Atmosphere was okay , Service was supppper slow. It took 75 minutes to get our food . And it came wrong.

We ordered the salad (without protein) however they only removed the chicken and served us the salad with egg !! Also we had chicken white sauce pizza and alfredo pasta which only came 30mintuea after the salad , The pasta was below average nothing special at all and the serving size is small(not appropriate for sharing) the sauce was gracey and thick

The pizza was not like the pictures at all , the sauce was red insted of white, when i asked the server (are you sure this is our correct order?) he said yes it is , this is the regular pizza sauce !!! I told him it is not mentioned in the indictments that it has tomato sauce, instead it is white sauce!! Thats when he took it back (to check with the chef!)

Then he came back saying that this pizza was for another customer ,but One for us by mistake, and another pizza being prepared for us and it should come out in five minutes . However, we didn’t get the correct pizza order until 13 minutes later.

We were very surprised regarding the snow service because the restaurant was not fully occupied and we only had three orders, one solid and two-man courses. It shouldn’t take...

My partner and I recently visited ILOLI, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The food was absolutely delicious — we ordered prawns, pasta, orange juice, and a few other items from the menu, and every single dish exceeded our expectations. On top of the great food, the restaurant has a beautiful view which really added to the whole experience. A special mention goes to Ahmed, who truly went above and beyond to make our visit perfect. His service was top-tier, and his attention to detail was unmatched. My partner is pregnant and had a craving for ice, and although the restaurant didn’t have a dedicated ice crusher, Ahmed personally went to the back and crushed the ice himself to make sure she was comfortable. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, setting the tone for an exceptional evening. The service was impeccable — attentive without being intrusive, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the meal.

The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. We started with the seafood spring rolls, crispy calamari and truffle fries which was perfectly cooked and served with sauces and mains dishes too melted in our mouths, paired perfectly with creamy mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
