Esco-bar Cóctel Y Cocina - Radisson Dubai — Restaurant in Dubai

My boyfriend and I walked past Esco-bar tonight and decided to give it a try. We missed sunset but the sky was still pretty so we asked to sit outside... and from there, we just had the best experience.

A staff member, Jonathan, greeted us and let us know immediately that happy hour was on, he showed us the food and drink menu, took our order and within 3-5 minutes we had nachos and drinks. My partner (very pale Scottish) was struggling with the heat, and we asked if possible to move closer to the air-conditioning. Now, not only did Jonathan move every part of our meal and drinks over, he adjusted another table slightly so that my partner could sit right in front of the air-con. Then he and his colleague proceeded to fill it up with ice!

The kind chap let us know that happy hour was due to finish and took another drinks order, before taking our food away, turning the air-con towards a comfortable couch area and offering to bring our drinks over to one of the best seats.

This is our first visit to Dubai and we've been at a 5-star hotel this week, yet the service received tonight from Jonathan in Esco-bar has made this one of our favourite evenings to remember. What a stunning venue, with lovely food and drinks, and even lovelier...

A Must-Visit Spot in Dubai – Esco Bar is Incredible!

I had the most amazing experience at Esco Bar Dubai! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted so warmly by Danni and Farah at the entrance. Both of them were incredibly friendly and lovely to chat with, setting the perfect tone for the evening.

The food was absolutely delicious—authentic Mexican flavors that were fresh, vibrant, and bursting with taste. Every bite was a delight, and I couldn’t get enough! The drinks were just as incredible, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the bartender, Fouad Tohme, who made the best Virgin Piña Colada I’ve ever had. He was so funny, charming, and had amazing communication skills—his energy truly made the experience even more enjoyable.

Our waiters, Santiago and Anushka, were beyond helpful in guiding us through the menu. Their politeness, great manners, and willingness to help made choosing what to eat so much easier. They ensured we had everything we needed and made us feel well taken care of.

Overall, Esco Bar Dubai is a must-visit! The amazing service, fantastic atmosphere, and mouthwatering food make it an experience worth repeating. Can’t wait...

During my week in Dubai, I had the pleasure of discovering Esco-Bar—a place that won me over from the very first visit, so much so that I ended up going back every single night. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, perfect for enjoying an evening out.

The drinks are excellent, with a wide selection to suit all tastes. I also had the chance to try the food during Taco Night on Tuesday, which turned out to be one of the highlights: tacos served with a variety of toppings and your choice of chicken, beef, or fish—everything fresh and carefully prepared. The wine and cocktails that evening were also top-notch.

A special mention goes to Eva, who looked after us throughout the night with great professionalism. She was attentive, efficient, fast, and always friendly—truly outstanding service that made the experience even more enjoyable.
