I recently had the pleasure of visiting McDonald's and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped inside the restaurant, I was greeted by a friendly and attentive staff, setting the tone for what turned out to be an incredibly enjoyable dining experience.
The first thing that caught my attention was the cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant. The tables were immaculate, and the whole place had a vibrant and welcoming ambiance. It was evident that great care was taken to ensure the comfort of the guests.
Moving on to the ordering process, I was delighted to find an efficient self-ordering kiosk. The touchscreen interface was intuitive, allowing me to customize my meal exactly as I wanted it. It was a seamless experience, and within minutes, I had placed my order.
What truly impressed me, however, was the speed at which my food was prepared and served. Despite the restaurant being busy, the staff worked diligently to ensure minimal waiting time. Not only was the service quick, but the accuracy of my order was impeccable. Each item was carefully packaged and presented with great attention to detail.
As I savored my meal, I couldn't help but notice the exceptional quality of the food. The burger was perfectly cooked, with a juicy patty, fresh lettuce, and a soft, toasted bun. The fries were golden and crispy, a delightful accompaniment to the main course. Moreover, the drink I ordered was refreshing and served at an ideal temperature. The flavors were consistent with the high standards I have come to expect from McDonald's.
The restaurant's dedication to cleanliness and hygiene was evident throughout my visit. The staff diligently cleaned the tables and common areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. It was reassuring to see their commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, especially during these challenging times.
To top it all off, the customer service was exceptional. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in ensuring my satisfaction. They promptly addressed any inquiries I had and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience.
In conclusion, my visit to McDonald's was a resounding success. The restaurant demonstrated a commitment to excellence through its cleanliness, efficient ordering process, swift service, outstanding food quality, and exceptional customer service. I left the restaurant feeling thoroughly satisfied and grateful for the delightful experience. Read moreA McArabia Meal @ McDonalds is a must if you visit UAE or even transit through Dubai or Abu Dhabi. It is such a wonderful dish that I wonder why it is not viral yet. A bit of history here, McDonalds always have items very specific to a country or a region catering to regional taste and preferences, very similar to the McAloo Tikki, that is specific to India, and is not available anywhere else in the world. McArabia is something that is very local to the McDonalds across UAE and Pakistan. It is a folded pita bread sandwich with a mild flavoursome round grilled chicken patties, with some lettuce, tomatoes and the creamy white sauce. It screams arabic flavours and I first sampled a McArabia way back in the early 2000’s during my visits to UAE. Post that whenever I transit via Dubai I make sure I drop-in to McDonalds to pick up my most favorite McArabia. It is the most fluffiest pita bread beautifully folded to ensure it does not break, containing two grilled chicken patties with mild spices that are simply perfect. It is something that I am simply mad about, and this outlet in Al Ghurair Center served me just that beautifully.
I recently discovered that the McArabia is now available not just across UAE & Pakistan, but also in Malaysia and Singapore too, but somehow I missed them on my trips in 2018 and 2019, or maybe they were introduced post my visit. It is called a Grilled Chicken Foldover in Singapore & Malaysia, as well as in South Africa. It is called the McOriental in Spain, France and Holland, the McTurco in Turkey, Greek Mac in Greece and Cyprus, and as the McKebab in Israel. The sandwich was originally made to meet West Asian local taste and it simply delivers. Do try them out in your trip to any of these countries and share...
Read moreI was very disappointed with my visit today to this McDonald’s Al Rigga branch. I went specifically to buy Happy Meals because I am collecting the toys for my sisters. When I asked the staff member, Jhaira (wearing a blue uniform, who seemed to be in charge), she told me that only two toy options were available and there is no guarantee that crocs campaign will still be running next week and that I could only get two from the collection. This is also despite the fact that there are two more left unreleased for this coming and said they do not have any other toys available except for the two.
Wanting to follow the rules, I came back later to purchase another Happy Meal. To my surprise, I saw the same staff member, Jhaira assisting two other customers and giving them the freedom to choose four different toys from the Crocs collection before they even ordered their meals. After they finished selecting toys, they only then went to the counter with Jhaira to finally order and pay for the toys they selected.
This treatment felt very unfair, especially coming from a staff member who should be upholding consistency and fairness in customer service. As McDonald’s is a global brand known for kids’ happiness, it was very disappointing to be misinformed and then see different rules applied to other customers.
I hope management can look into this to ensure better customer service and fair treatment...
