Hi good day, im not used to complaint like this but i want to share what i experienced in mcdonalds beside enoc in hessa street. First me and my friends visited that branch to try spicy2 chicken, when we entered the store i already felt that costumer service is not good, staffs are not smiling which is one of the basics of costumer service
2nd: in ordering i ask for alacarte and i said " i think its better to order meal right?" she didnt answer and i just saw my order punched already, so i dont want void that for her to avoid delay on the operation as well so i let her.
3rd: they called my number. So i goes to recieving section. And the manager just get my reciept and put it on the tray with orders in recieving section and i check saw it was all complete, he gave on order take away at the same tim and idk why the manager is not givin my order to me. I dont aan to make an issue out of that so i wait maybe there is some issue but they gave exactly whats on the tray.
4th: i ordered extra for take away and i ordered in the self service ordering machine, i ordered strawberry sundae and fries. So i want to put a comment but i cannot see an option to where to put in ordering machine so i goes to cashier and i ask a favor that can they put the strawberry syrup on the side the cashier told its not possible and i said why is it not passible, and the manager came to me and clarify what i want. And i said the same thing he said the same thing, its not pssible, i explain that you syruo is not with the sundau and im doin that since i am in highschool. And the manager said again its not Possible and he left me quickly and assemble my order without giving me a chance to explain. He gave my ordered quickly. He is exagerated that time is not busy like as we enterd the store.. And the cashier ask me when i approach her that where they gonna put that syrup? And i was like... Ok you dont have any small cups or something?.
Ok i know that was busy but they are working in a costumer service and i approached then ona very good manner coz i understand them. O workes as a costumer service before so i know this things, where is the extra mile? Where is the hoapitality? Im not used to complaint like this but hurt me the most was i worked at macdonalds before and i really know how busy it was, and when i am there we are used to bring mcdonalds name not our own name,. I just wanted to correct this for the sake of mcdonalds name, no issue i just want to share whats happening on that store. I forgot to take their names but it is an african lady cashier and manager is indian i think
I felt discriminated that time, im sorry but thats what i experienced on 23rd of march ...

One of the standout items at McDonald's is their signature Big Mac. The combination of two beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions all sandwiched between a sesame seed bun creates a satisfying and indulgent experience. The flavors blend together harmoniously, and each bite is packed with a delightful combination of textures.
McDonald's also excels in their french fries. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, their fries are addictive and have become the gold standard for fast food fries. Whether you like them on their own or dipped in ketchup, they never disappoint.
While McDonald's is known for its meat-based options, they have expanded their menu to include vegetarian and healthier choices. The Veggie Deluxe burger, for instance, is a tasty alternative for non-meat eaters. It features a vegetable-based patty, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and a tangy sauce, all sandwiched between a sesame seed bun.
However, one downside of McDonald's is its reputation for being unhealthy. The high levels of sodium, fat, and calories in many of their menu items make it important to enjoy their food in moderation.
In conclusion, McDonald's continues to offer a convenient and satisfying fast food experience. With its classic offerings like the Big Mac and delicious fries, it's easy to see why it remains a popular choice for many. Read moreHorrible customer service, especially Mr. Shaym. I’m not sure who thought it was a good idea to put him as a branch manager... He’s extremely rude with customers and even worse with the staff.
Full story experience below.
I recently had an interesting incident at this McDonald's location, and I must say, it left me quite shocked. The encounter with Branch Manager Shaym was nothing short of surprising and unexpected of the usual top notch customer service known of McDonald’s.
I had ordered Big Mac and big tasty sauce and paid extra for it. To my surprise, when I received my order, it seemed like they were rationing the sauce! It was barely half the usual amount. So, I went back to the window and kindly inquire about the missing sauce.
Now, here's where the fun part begins. Mr. Shaym, the branch manager, apparently has a terrific sense of humor. He looked me right in the eye and laughed. Yes, he laughed at my sauce predicament! With a dismissive tone, he told me that what I received was the "correct" amount, “2 pumps”.
I parked my car and decided to go inside the store. I politely asked Mr. Shaym once more to provide the sauce I had paid for. Instead of resolving the issue, he continued arguing and dismissing me. It's quite annoying, really. All I wanted was the sauce I paid for – it's not like I was trying to bankrupt McDonald's over a few extra milliliters of sauce!
In conclusion, if you're ever in the mood for an entertaining and sarcastic customer service experience, make sure to visit this McDonald's and ask...
