One of my best weekend dinner happened here . Our family is a big fan of mandi and we couldnt wait to try this place . They have a lovely team of staff who are super friendly and we were greeted cheerfully. Apetizers Fahsah Makarem Vegetable

We started off with soup , the apetizers Fahsah and Makarem veg both were excellent, But Fahsah was super delicious with the meat stew, potatoes and zuccini. Among the breads loved the Rutab, very unique but yum. The show stealer was the Haneeth Meat , we had a option to choose with ribs or shoulder, we chose ribs. The meat was so tender, well done, flavorful and just melted with every bite. The rice was very good too . The portion was super generous but we finished it in no time . Chicken Madfoon and Grilled fish were great aswell. Cream Kunafa got swiped off in seconds , it was yummy ! Makarem fateh was tasty too, its a dessert made with dates, banana , bread and topped with cream. This was the first time I had this and i quite loved it . Oh ...that was indeed a heavy meal ...but let me not miss to tell about their extraordinary black tea (sulaimani ) which is a must try ! Apparently they have a secret ingredient for tea but that is a must have ! Overall a excellent dinner , super reasonably priced and lovely service . I must mention that we were served by Mr Rain and he was so so good , super cheerful, caring and so attentive and ensured we had the best time ! Special thanks to Mr Rain. Hands down one of the worst experiences i have ever had in a restaurant. A friend and I were planning to go to a nearby restaurant that was too busy at the time and hence decided to go for something that should be a basic staple in Dubai; Mandi (and associated dishes). As we walk in and head upstairs, we are confronted by the arctic front through the excessive air conditioning, we sit down and realise we are the only ones there, in hindsight, this should have been a warning. Nevertheless, we soldier on. Once the food arrives, the plating is pitiful and the flavor forgot to join the party. The dish we had ordered only resembled the picture, nevermind the actual goodness it should have been laden with. We also ordered a vegetarian side dish that decided to make an appearance as a non descript bowl of hot mush. We later learned that it was closely associated to another restaurant next door that we had also previsouly tried and then reassessed our life choices that lead us to enter it. It all made sense. It’s one of the best mandy restaurants I have ever tried it was my first time there but since the moment I enter the restaurant I got excited to try everything there but I tried haneez shoulder and mandy chicken both were amazing and tasty and so yummy we tried to types of rice makarem rice and mandy rice both are fantastic but i loved makarem rice more the meat and the chicken were falling appart 😍😍 and the gave us the yogurt chatni it was so yumm when you go there ask them for it and we love the fried onion and the white raw onion both are so good with the meal ask them for those when you order and before anything and to warm your stomach they gave you wonderful soup and some greens as a complementary from them and also after you finish your meal they offer a cup of tea as a complementary and the staff were so nice and friendly specially richard ask for him when you go he was so nice to us overall all it was a perfect experience and definitely I’ll go again and i recommend this restaurant...
