Hi this what just happened to me now . I just want to share it and let you judge ' i called baalbak for an order( not cooked ) i mentioned my order ' tawook ahmar ' tawook abyad ' burger ' kafta its a big order same like every month . I dont know if its my mistake or the person who took the order from me but they sent me a cooked meals , unfortunetly that our babysitter who opened for the delivery guy and she paid for him , once i saw the order i called him back quickly and i told him.please wait . I called the place and i explained what happened ' the gentleman was really nice and he said , i will discuss it with the manager and get back to you , and here begins the story ;) he called me back saying that the manger refused to cancel your order which i didnt even ask for it 😏 my question to the manager , do you think this is the right decision ? You lost me as a loyal client dealing with you for more than 8 years on a monthly basis , do you think i will recommend you to any of my friends ?!
