Avoid at all costs! If you have cheap low quality shoes and has some easy fixes, go there! Because that's their standard! Do not trust them with high quality designer shoes, they simply don't have the skill for that! Their customer service is the most disgusting, disgraceful, passive and appalling! They never respect deadlines given, client info is saved incorrectly on their systems, so you never receive updates for pick up, I sent my sandals there on a Tuesday, and their employee at the Dubai mall branch has taken a look at it and said they can fix it and be ready for pick up by Friday,I confirmed him maybe 10 times and he reassured me that I'll pick them up on Friday, I was flying on Saturday morning and leaving the country for good, they call me on Thursday evening saying the sandals will be ready by the 24th of July and I literally explained to him over 10 times that I'm flying on the 21st!!! They kept coming back with the most pathetic excuses that they only received the spare parts on Thursday and they can't do anything about it! They did not listen to me, it was easier for them to cancel and refund me the job which they messed up for their own unprofessional behaviour than actually going that extra mile to fix a problem they caused themselves! But one of the store staff, the customer service and home delivery coordination totally sucks and is low intelligent.
When I bring my shoes to the store, I clearly mention I need home delivery but instead they send it back to store without telling me.
Then I find out by following up my order on WhatsApp. they ask me to come to the store. When I have to show myself in store and complain to the woman who made my order , she seems reluctant to accept the mistake. She Told me: since u re already here, take it.
Wow. 🙄 what a queen
Then I Double checked the order she placed : she mistakenly put the delivery address to Dubai mall.
Suppose if I don’t ask. The shoes are gonna literally staying in the store until I find out.
Is it really so hard to make the order system and delivery communication in such digitized era? Why this happens again and again. How much effort and intelligence does it take to make it smooth just for a home delivery
Not to say your rude and undertrained and defensive staff
And This is the 2nd time already. Last time they deliver it one week before the requested day when I was out of the country. The shoes left out at the door for several days.

Read moreI gave them my wife shoe for bottom repair and they scratched the leather by throwing all the 5 shoes in top of each other. when i went to pick it up it was full of scratches. i told them they said we will fix it and they over painted the original paint which it was two colors patches until they damaged the original color. I have spoken to there manager and they didn't do nothing. they made me to come 4 times with no solution to repair the shoe color and i had to take it back and gave it to Ferragamo to be sent back to Italy to re paint it to its original color. Ferragamo manager was suprised with the bad quality they did. It is Waste of time to send an email to your customer service which I did and spoke to you GM.
