Operation Falafel — Restaurant in Dubai

I had the pleasure of dining in for lunch today at Operation: Falafel, and I must say—it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The team on duty was attentive, professional, and truly seemed to enjoy what they were doing. You can tell a lot about a restaurant not just by the food, but by the energy of the people working there—and here, the energy was positive, friendly, and efficient.

The service was outstanding. Every detail was taken care of without me even having to ask. My order came quickly, the staff regularly checked in to make sure everything was perfect, and the dining area was clean and comfortable.

But what really made my visit special was the manager, Mohammad Jamal. He stood out as a true leader—visible, approachable, and clearly passionate about ensuring guests had a great time. He personally came over to ask if everything was good and to make sure I was satisfied. It’s rare to see a manager so involved on the floor, and his presence made a huge difference.

I want to give a special shoutout to Mohammad Jamal—he’s truly the best manager I’ve encountered in a long time. You can see how much he cares, not just about the customers, but about his team. Everyone seemed to respect him, and that reflected in the excellent service they delivered.

The food, of course, was delicious—as always. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and full of flavor. But today, the service experience made it unforgettable.

Operation: Falafel is hands down one of the best Middle Eastern street food spots I’ve ever tried. From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed with genuine smiles and kindness from the staff. Their service was top-tier — very friendly, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. You can really feel that they care about their customers and take pride in what they do.

The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the classic falafel wrap and a side of hummus, and everything was bursting with flavor. The falafel was crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside — cooked to perfection. The hummus was smooth, creamy, and paired perfectly with the fresh, warm pita bread. You can really taste the freshness in every ingredient. I also tried the chicken shawarma, which was juicy, tender, and spiced just right. Everything was perfectly seasoned and satisfying.

Portion sizes were generous, and the prices were fair considering the quality of the food. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a modern, street-style vibe that added to the overall experience.

Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a relaxed meal, Operation: Falafel delivers a great experience all around. Operation Falafel never disappoints. Their goal is to Re-engineer classic recipes and reviving memories with locally-sourced ingredients and traditional Arabic flavour. This place is Balancing old-street flavors with New trends, it is a combination of fresh experiences that promises its customers a surprising integration of the past with the present.
