SS Bucket Biryani - Karama — Restaurant in Dubai

So every Friday is my family's Biryani Day and we eirher cook or mostly order from different restaurants so one Friday i just googled for top 10 BIRYANIS in UAE n SS bucket biryani came as one of the option and i liked the idea that it comes in bucket. Actually that was the only reason i told my husband let's go n get biryani from ss bucket. I am an Arab from uae n married to an Indian so for me getting a good biryani is important to make sure my husband is happy with what he ate. I tried calling them up to keep the order ready but they didnt even have time to talk or give me any details on the phone which put me down! But then i said let's just go there n see. OMG WHEN WE REACHED WE SAW THE LONG QUE OUTSIDE SUCH A TINY RESTAURANT N ALL THAT FOR BIRYANI. THIS PLACE IS RUNNING ON 2 TYPES OF BIRYANI WHICH IS CHICKEN N MUTTON. I USUALLY DON'T EAT MUTTON BUT I MUST TELL YOU THAT THIS MUTTON BIRYANI WAS A KILLER!!! EXTREMELY TASTY N YUMMY. THE ONLY SAD THING WAS THAT THEY GIVE SO MUCH OF RICE BUT VERY LITTLE MUTTON PCS, in 1 kg rice will be 2 pcs only n 2 kgs rice will have 4 pcs mutton only n if i need to add mutton then each pc costs AED 6.50 which i thought it was over priced for mutton pcs. But yet i must say its still worth it ( over all value for money) Amazing food; they just need to know how to handle their customers better n i feel it was lacking in that area. Great Biryani taste but customer service so so in my opinion. Can improve in this area n can be a better restaurant where people will talk about. Frustrating Food Delivery Experience

I recently ordered food from SS Bucket Biryani, but unfortunately, the order was canceled in the end, even though I haven't received the order. It was a frustrating food delivery experience from start to finish.

The restaurant's customer service was unresponsive and did not provide any useful information regarding the cancellation or the order status. The lack of communication and accountability made me feel undervalued as a customer.

I wanted to try their biryani, but unfortunately, I cannot comment on the food quality since I never received my order. I hope they will improve their food delivery service and customer support, as it was a total waste of my time and money.
