Long post aheadâźď¸ Worst experience with a crazy customer who was allowed inside this shop. First, the crew did not ask me if we were going to dine in or to go, but it's fine, and we can still manage to dine in, since it's just a small thing to handle. However, when we started to look for a place to sit, there were vacant chairs beside a woman with her feet resting on the table with her shoes. So my daughter and her friend sat there thinking maybe this woman would put her feet down since this woman had already finished her food (and she was alone sitting at a four-chair table), but she stayed still. Itâs okay, we donât mind because this is a public place and everyone is allowed to sit anywhere they want. Then my son sat beside this woman (the womanâs bag was also on the chair where my son was about to sit) together with her sister and me with my husband seated at another table beside them. When my sonâs muffin was done heating (it was in a paper bag because the staff thought that we were not going to dine in.) I took it to my sonâs table beside the table where this womanâs feet were, and I tried to ask that woman to move the table because I want it to be a little bit far from her (because of her feet), but she was ignoring me. Three times I talked to her, but she was focused on her phone, and I even touched her just to move, but she didnât care, so what I did was I move the table (where her feets on) into her direction. I walked to the staff member and asked him why they were allowing this customer to put her feet on the top of the table with her shoes, but the staff member just told me that the woman came first with his face like he couldn't do anything. What??? This is a place where people chill, eat, and relax. Then you will see this kind of scenario. Like hygiene, manners, and respect for the food and people around are gone. Moving forward, my son started to eat excitedly (he was the one who asked us to go) and suddenly the womanâs plate fell down (she intentionally made it fall because she started making a scene because of my 5-year-old son, who was sitting beside her), and the staff started to take action. He took the plate and told the woman to put her feet down. She did, she actually put her feet down, but minutes later she discarded her iced drink to my sonâs chair (intentionally again). In our shock, we asked her why she did that, and she just said, "I'm sorry." Many times. Okay, she was sorry, but we are not stupid. We let it slide because after that she left the store. The staff came back to us and apologized for what happened. He even changed the chair and gave my son one that was not wet, and we stayed peacefully. A few minutes later, to our surprise, that woman came back, walking directly to the chair she left and sitting and throwing her bag on the top of the armrest of my sonâs chair, and, of course, my son was hit a little, and all of us got mad at her, asking what her problem was and what she was trying to do. We even told her that my son is a kid who only wants to dine there. And what she kept saying was she did not know, and sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry đ. I was very, very mad, and I called my son and hugged him. So this woman walked outside again, and like before, this woman returned and tried to explain, saying she was not wearing her glasses and she did not see my son was there. Very unbelievable, like Hello, there is a table and a chair where she could put her bag, but she chose to throw it beside my son, which is not good at all. This place is not safe (for both kids and adults) because the staff tolerate this kind of behavior. That woman is acting like crazy or a child who doesnât get what she wanted. FYI, we didn't stay that long, we only let our son dine in SB and ate his muffin because that's what he wanted (even without a plate, and the staff didn't bother to give us one even though they saw my son eating). My friends and I ordered a Frozen Very Berry Hibiscus, a Dulce Latte, two bottles of water, the Turkey Cheese Pretzel, and a Strawberry Matcha Latte. Everything was perfect â from the presentation to the taste.
The Strawberry Matcha Latte was so good that I ordered a second cup â hands down the best matcha Iâve ever had!
