Terrible experience!
My friend invited us to celebrate her birthday, and despite being 13 people, only 10 were served by the buffet. We were forced to pay for 15 people for the buffet, even though only 10 people took advantage of it due to time constraints and dietary restrictions. Nonetheless, we had to pay for 15 people plus the orders made by these 3 people "à la carte" and drinks. Nothing was informed about reservation rules regarding penalties or charges. I consider this a real scam because if you book a table for 16 people and only 10 show up, they will charge you for the 16 people even if they are not present, even though they did not inform beforehand.
