I just had dinner last night at this restaurant with 2 friends. It's a new restaurant but the food is so good I have a feeling it might become a "destination" Thai restaurant in Dubai The environment is simple, clean and bright and the kitchen is completely visible behind glass and very professional looking. Almost everyone eating at the tables was Thai or SE Asian. The menu is big - a bit of an encyclopedia actually, but helpfully it had photos. Still we were a little nervous - the food looked too good for the prices. Our waitress was really friendly and helpful. I ordered tiger prawns because the she said were particularly good today; I ordered a side of spinach in oyster sauce. One friend ordered Sea Bass in lemongrass and a seafood salad. The other ordered a Thai seafood curry and shrimp rings. The (free) prawn crackers on the table were addictive. I demolished them. Then the food started arriving. It was totally gorgeous to look at - even better than the pictures. Everyone ended up trying each others' dishes as they came out. The seafood salad was laden with jumbo prawns, squid, baby octopus, mussels (which I don't normally rate but these were meaty and succulent). The spinach in oyster sauce was done to perfection. Then the curry arrived - the sauce was fantastic - not just the flavour but also the texture - it coated the food and gave it a velvety quality. We were doing fine but then the fish appeared and took over the table. It was huge, with various accompaniments (noodles, salad, sauces etc). And it was magnificent. A whole fish baked in salt with lemongrass sticks running through it. The texture was the perfect. The flavour was delicate and gorgeous - especially with the sauce, which we couldn't figure out, but was the perfect accompaniment. I stopped eating anything else for a while :-) Suddenly I realised my prawns still hadn't appeared. I was beginning to wonder whether we could manage them. Then they arrived: three huge prawns semi-butterflied and served on a bed of diced Thai salad ingredients. We couldn't identify all the elements but the effect was dazzling. I could go on about the food but I guess you get the picture (and I have added some for good measure). I can't fault this place. Really friendly, really well set up (especially the kitchen), incredible menu, fantastic ingredients, gorgeous preparation, delicious food and very, very reasonable prices

4/5 20th June 2023 I recently visited Thai Sea - Seafood Grill, a Thai restaurant in Dubai. I wanted to try this restaurant for a while, and I was not disappointed. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I started my meal with the Tom Yum Soup, which was flavorful and spicy. The soup was full of shrimp, mushrooms, and lemongrass, and it was the perfect way to start my meal. I ordered the Pad Thai for my main course, which was also very good. The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the sauce was flavorful without being too sweet. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very nice. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Thai meal. Here are some additional details about my experience: The restaurant is located in a central location in Dubai, so it is easy to get to. The staff is friendly and attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The prices are reasonable, especially for the quality of the food.

As a longtime resident of Dubai, I consider Thai Sea to be the number one Thai restaurant in the UAE. What sets Thai Sea apart from other Thai restaurants? Thai Sea serves truly authentic Thai dishes and is family owned and operated by Thais. The Thai chefs are masters at artistically presenting their dishes. The menu is extensive specializing in fresh seafood which is carefully selected every morning by the owner from the Dubai fish market. I sampled numerous exquisite tasting dishes including my favorites: the Wok-Fried Sea Bass with the Three-Flavour Sauce, Mussels with Coconut Milk and Red Curry, and the scrumptious Grilled Baby Octopus. Each of the sauces in the dishes could be a meal in itself when soaked up by the rice side dishes. I appreciate the modern, light ambiance and friendly staff. Thai Sea is my only dining choice for Thai food in Dubai.

Me and my thai wife went to Thai sea and ordered from this restaurant multiple times. I also sugested it to my friends in several ocasions. This friday lunch we decided to go there once again, since my wife was craving for hot pot. Myself being vegetarian, I can't share it with her (and not a hot pot fan anyways) and would endend eating something from the "a la carte" menu. Just to be informed that we needed to eat in separated tables. When we said to the staff that what they were asking, was non sense. They explained to us that people says that will not share and ended sharing. Was basicly saying that we were lying. We kept explaining it, almost justifying myself for being vegetarian, and after consulting the owners, the staff came to say that we needed indeed to eat in separated tables. I don't know who thinks that is wise to split guests and let them ( a couple) eating on separated tables. Rest assure that this was the last visit to this restaurant and we went directly to another thai restaurant. There are many in Dubai and regardless the food being good, the service is not...
