FOOD TASTE : About their cheesecakes that me and my girlfriend tried : Salted Caramel Cheesecake - Overly sweet for me. Better than most salted caramel cheesecake I've tried here in Dubai, but I have enjoyed a subtly sweet counterpart that allowed the taste of the cheesecake to not be overpowered resulting to balanced cake taste - but that one was not here in Dubai.
Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake - No decent cake place should get choco mouse wrong, and The Cheesecake Factory did not disappoint. Nothing really special, but if you like a good tasting choco mousse cheesecake, theirs is one of the good ones.
Chocolate Tuxedo Cream Cheesecake - One of the best chocolate cake I've tasted to-date. You just have to try it for yourself to understand what I mean.
Original Cheesecake - This one's unapologetically simple, yet it's really pleasant to the tastebuds. First try and I already knew, I'm having something authentic and one great-tasting cheesecake. If you like really sweet cakes, this will not appeal to you, but you will be missing out... maybe a tenth of your life, if you don't try this one.
Macaroni & Cheese - Some mac n cheese taste really cheesy. But what sets this one apart is that it's also really creamy and has toasted cheese on top that makes it heavenly to enjoy. My number one mac n cheese here in Dubai to-date.
Factory Nachos - Everything was okay except for the tortilla chips - a little tough for my taste. A wrong bite and your gums will suffer. I previously made a review about it, and Denny's nachos still is my number one nachos.
Cappuccino - This coffee was really good and if you see its price, you probably would think twice to get cappuccino from well-known coffee shops.
ATMOSPHERE : Really relaxing and its lighting and music really helped a lot. The cubicle-like places inside the restaurant are spacious and they don't care if you are a group or just two people - if the spacious cubicle is vacant and it's your turn to be seated, they will seat you there. Unlike other restaurants who wait for groups to give their good, spacious spots. The bar-side table is also a good spot to get seated quickly if the tables are occupied.
SERVICE : All attendants are trained in good customer service - polite, really warm reception, asks if the food is okay, asks if you need anything from time to time, and easy to get assistance from. However on our first time in JBR branch, our server got one of our orders wrong. It wouldn't have happened if he did a recap of my order before passing it to the kitchen - something that should be a staple in well-known food places like The Cheesecake Factory.
PRICE : Surprisingly not expensive given their decently good-tasting food, beverages and desserts.
OVERALL FEEDBACK : I definitely would recommend going to this place to enjoy various kinds of comfort food that are not heavy on your wallet. And if you go to the JBR branch, you can enjoy the beach view as well. Good food. Good ambience. Good price. Good surrounding view. The pros outweigh the cons. That's why we keep on...
Read moreI am writing to share my recent experience at your restaurant, which left me feeling extremely disappointed and discriminated against. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve customer service and fairness in your establishment. Experience Summary: My husband and I visited your restaurant and chose to sit in the outdoor area. We had called the restaurant in advance to confirm that the outdoor seating was available, and we were told it was fully operational. Shortly after being seated, a staff member approached us and asked us to move indoors, stating that "the lights outside are not working" and it was for our safety. We pointed out that we had already confirmed the outdoor area was open and that other guests were currently seated there. The staff member insisted it was a safety concern, yet this policy did not seem to be enforced equally among all guests. We raised this inconsistency and expressed that safety rules should be applied equally to everyone, not selectively. We then spoke with another manager, who assured us that everyone would be asked to leave the outdoor area. However, upon observing further, we noticed: No other customers were asked to leave. New guests arrived and were allowed to sit in the outdoor section without issue. This left us feeling singled out and unfairly treated. Although the manager attempted to resolve the situation by offering extra service if we moved inside, we declined. The issue was not about compensation, but about the inconsistent application of your policies. Concerns: Inconsistency in Policy Enforcement: If the outdoor area was truly unsafe or closed, all customers should have been treated equally. Lack of Transparency: We were given conflicting information by different staff members. Discriminatory Experience: The selective enforcement of the rules made us feel unwelcome and discriminated against. Customer Trust: Experiences like this undermine customer trust and can have a lasting negative impact on your restaurant’s reputation. I am sharing this experience in the hope that management will review the incident, take it seriously, and ensure that all staff are trained to treat guests fairly and...
Read moreWe visited The Cheesecake Factory for lunch, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The food was flavorful, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere made the whole meal even better.
Here’s what we ordered: • Chicken Bellagio – A beautifully presented dish. The chicken was golden, crispy on the outside yet juicy on the inside, served over pasta tossed with fresh basil and olive oil. The flavors were vibrant but not heavy, and the pasta was cooked perfectly al dente. The crispy greens on top added just the right touch of freshness and crunch. • Chicken Parmesan Sandwich – This was simply amazing. The bread was fresh and warm, the chicken tender and juicy with a perfect crunch, and the sauce, absolutely out of this world. It tied everything together in the best way possible. The fries on the side were golden brown, crisp, and seasoned perfectly. • Fried Macaroni & Cheese – One of our favorites and a must-have! Perfectly crispy on the outside with gooey, cheesy macaroni inside. It’s rich, indulgent, and hits the spot every time. • Mojito – We ordered the Passionfruit Mojito, but the classic Mojito was served instead. While it was a small mix-up, the drink itself was excellent, refreshing, balanced, and a great complement to the meal.
The service was amazing, the staff took care of us so well, making sure everything was served promptly and that we had everything we needed. The restaurant was also spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and offered a very nice view, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, this was a five-star lunch. From the food bursting with flavor to the warm, attentive service, The Cheesecake Factory continues to be one of the best places for a satisfying and memorable meal. We’ll definitely be back, and next time, we’ll make sure to save room...
