I had the pleasure of dining at Zeta 77 recently, and I cannot help but sing praises for Vinay, who has been an exceptional part of my dining experiences there over the past two years. Nestled on the 77th floor, Zeta 77 not only offers stunning panoramic views of Dubai's skyline but also provides an atmosphere that is enhanced by the impeccable service delivered by its staff, particularly Vinay.

I organized a welcome afternoon for my sister who was visiting me for 3 days. I had asked for the first left gazebo from the main entrance with 5 balloons. This was booked and confirmed for me via email.

I was taken to another gazebo in the middle of two other gazebos which was clearly my BIG NO NO from the get go.

The service was lacking, by the time orders were taken it was late. The balloons were 5 tiny pink balloons just clubbed with each other for which I paid 125! I was expecting them to be tied to the gazebo so it looks welcoming to my sister who did not even realize that the balloons were added extra. That’s how small they were 🤣.

Food: good. Service: below par. The waiters were too busy and couldn’t cater to the crowd. Our food orders were late and we asked for our remaining food to be brought to the gazebo and the waiter said he cannot as the cutlery from the bar wasn’t allowed at the gazebo. We said ok. Just pack it up and leave it at our gazebo. 30 mins later we find our food brought in the same cutlery left at our gazebo 🤣🤣. We had a good laugh.

Towels, water : some of the visitors were provided complimentary water without having to ask; nothing was ever offered to us. Towels could be wet and dripping and left by guests and none was removed… the area looked a mess at one point.

Lights: Pool light went off without warning due to maintenance.

Water: Nice and warm !

Views: Just average; the glass covering was all dusty hence views to the side was fully blurred.

The worst? : no hair dryers in the shower rooms! With the temperatures so cold that’s the least you can get. Or atleast hair towels ! The helper disappeared mid way and everyone was looking for towels. MESSY!!’

Overall: very basic experience & makes me question all the glorified...
