Zula The Kitchen and Bar Restaurant — Restaurant in Dubai

My husband and I found out about Zula yesterday and decided to go for dinner there. What a treat! Beautiful decor, amazing service and the food is divine! They also have a set menu for Iftar which is around 200 AED however we choose to just order off of the menu. Our server was great. I can’t remember his name but I remember he was from Nepal and was very helpful when it came to selecting our dishes. I also liked their wine selection too! However I’d like to see some more non alcoholic options too for those who don’t drink or don’t drink very much. I’ve had a reservation for six for a dinner at 8pm. I had a guest visiting from another country. When I arrived at the restaurant I was told that the kitchen is closed for maintenance and we can have drinks and some bites. When I asked how come no one told me before I came, they acted surprised that I had a booking and asked me if I made it online. I had to pivot and find another restaurant nearby. Given that Zula is a new restaurant, it is shocking that their customer service...

Best turkish food ever . Harmony of modern turkish dishes was unbelievable . From reservation team till the service it was just great .Perfect for a date night . Special thanks to Chef Olcay that he took his time to explain his dishes and the effort that the team put in . Definitely will come back ....
