I have chips cheese and gravy from this place regularly. It's my favourite treat. Now and again they get it right but sometimes it's really bad. That's because they fry the chips more that once which makes them dry, saturated in oil and horrible.

Please don't do that to people. Always fry a fresh batch. I know because I used to work in fast food and my boss would do that to save money. I won't be getting them from you again. I'll need to find somewhere that always uses fresh chips. I always get the big portion as well. I am not paying £6.50 for some dry sticks. The gravy and the cheese cannot mask the fact that you can barely bite into them. I hope...

If you like flame grilled Burgers forget Five Guys or even my normal go to of the King Massive options for sides, salad and sauces . I usually have one once a year as a treat. The fries are really crispy. I might have another one. I struggle to keep focused on just ordering a burger, with the staff's offers of a myriad of Turkish treats. The burger is best when the staff are slightly distracted by other orders and you get a magical extra crispy bits. No grease and fe quality burger buns...

The staff is very rude, firstly they asked if i wanted salad, it got busy and i wasn’t able to reply right away. I said yes and he said you didn’t answer (it had literally been 5 minutes) so i assumed you didn’t want it.
