The staff were really lovely and don't know how they manage the noise !

my main complaint is with the food, I was really looking forward to trying it but it was expensive and I couldn't eat it. The boneless chicken had a horrible texture but my main issue was the flavours - all I tasted was salt across all of the meal even when I chose different flavours. It was a bit too intense and the ranch dip didn't help with it being like tar tar sauce, normally I would rely on a dip for a stronger secondary flavour but with the salty food being so intense I couldn't stand to dip in into something so strong - it completely clashed against each other. I won't be returning and I'm a little sad about it not living up the hype after spending so much. Some people will love it but I didn't it was just personal taste and probably cultural not liking...

Firstly, the line for the till was so long. It would've been great if there were kiosks to order them. But Zahida was so kind while taking my order. I really appreciate that. Secondly, I would say the waiting period for food was so reasonable, the gentleman who served our food at the table, wearing a green T-shirt) was kind too, attentive, confirmed my order and asked me if I needed anything else.

Then the food, it was piping hot, juicy, maybe I should've had the Kajun fries, but yea I loved every bit of the food. Lastly, the lady who asked me again if everything was alright, man, you've got some really good people at customer service.

Went a few hours ago — ordered cheese fries, boneless wings (lemon pepper), tenders (garlic Parmesan) and fries - wingstop style along with 2 milkshakes.

Milkshakes were fine, BUT the wait was insane. By the time food was ready the shakes were warm.

Although Alice was lovely, at the till this was probably the only decent thing about Wingstop.

I tried the food tasted rank except the lemon pepper wings. I went about my day and on my way home (about 4hrs later) I don’t feel so good this was the only thing I ate. I now have food poisoning and so does my partner.
