Manhattan American Hamburgers — Restaurant in Bath

Where do I start! Frozen pizza base (yes I saw them take it out) not even freshly made, infact he looked put out when I mentioned it and asked if they make fresh dough. The sauce l can only describe as cheap tangy puree and as for the cheese, well that was also frozen (again witnessed it come straight out the freezer). I also paid for a quarter pounder which seemed the same as every other burger i saw them make whilst I waited. Oh and too top it off their card machine froze mid transaction (frozen seems to be a bit of a theme here).I was then asked to pay cash, however I never got a cancelled transaction notification so who knows might get charged again for this. The food was so poor I actually feel sick.
