Bento box with a tin of coke was the guts of £12-13 so you wouldn't blame anyone for expecting the food quality to be higher. If you want to try Marble Soda or drinks like that, do it elsewhere. £3 each is a joke. The meal itself was fairly decent and was made very quickly.
There was a queue at every other stall in food court today, but not Mitsuru. I wondered why until I tried to order: appauling level of service from the middle aged lady serving.
Rude and made absolutely no effort to try and understand what you've asked, or which meal you then had to resort to pointing to on the menu. Couldn't be done with you quickly enough.
Interesting behaviour, asking a passer by to come tap the customer when the order was ready instead of just walking 2 steps from behind the till to speak herself. The poor attitude ruined any hard work going on in...

I ordered miso ramen noodles with vegetarian Tempura and not only it was awfully bland but it also had a strong fishy smell. The place did not have any black pepper or red chillies or any other sauce which they could spare to elevate the spice flavour. I even bought the soya sauce and added it to the miso soup but no use as the smell of the fish won't go away, so eventually ended up not having the dish.
If you're a spice lover and a vegetarian then this is definitely not the place...
